What to Expect: 
 

The building: Before the concert, we'll hang signs on a few pews to reserve special seats for season ticket holders and put baskets out to collect donations. After the concert, we'll do a quick walk-through in the sanctuary to retrieve the baskets and check for lost items or discards. 
 

As the audience arrives: volunteers act as greeters, pass out programs and help people who might have questions about the building.  We are the warm smile and the first welcome! 

The treasurer will be present for ticket sales, but if there's a rush, we might also collect prepaid paper tickets.  We could also station one quick reader at the ticket desk with a list of names for those who pre-purchase tickets but forget to bring it to the event. 

Concerts are dressy casual and we'll have a badge ready for you!
